It represents the fusion of retro and futuristic style. It’s a feeling of being in the past and imagining the future, so it always comes with a special sense of being technologically limited but totally unconstrained.
Biophilia
The most important design principles that I’ve always followed when I’m doing product design is that whatever theme it’s based on, it has to be life-friendly in terms of feel and functionality.
Parameterized
The uncertain sense of growth from parameterization will embed modern technologies and forms into the aesthetics of ancient art, but converge in the same emotions, bringing a renewed sense of living.
Space-aged
To follow the concept of the space age, modern romantic is are integrated into the artworks of the medieval or even ancient stages, so we can increase functionality and operability without ruining the aesthetic.

Work Content
It is mainly a kind of fusion design of ancient artworks based on modern aesthetics and technology, so as to make them have the practical function without destroying the original aesthetic value. In addition, original products and art installations are also obtained.
Aesthetics
The core idea is to persuit an inclusive, compatible and calm ancient aesthetic perspective, with some modern elements and methods to tune in, so that we can create a composite sense of sophistication. Hopefully, it wil be not too monotonous while maintaining dignified.
Missions & Purpose
The purpose of these designs is to transform the original collectible artworks into artistic products with practical functions, in this way to bring it into the user’s living environment to give play to its value, rather than just having ornamental significance.

SOME OF MY EXISTING AND EXPERIMENTAL WORKS.
These are some sample works technically based on PC-PROTOTYPING, PROGRAMMING, 3D-PRINTING, CIRCUIT-DESIGNING, ENGINEERING, etc. And each of these projects is effectively designed and examinated in engineering which could be reproduced and mass-produced after only a few iterations. The appearances and structures of these projects are standing for my thoughts and attitude toward the relationship among BIOPHILIA, ENGINEERING and SPACE-AGED ART.
